Thanks to Patrick Pelissier for having written Pedrom - this emulator would never have been written without his open source ROM available to include with it. However, please note that this is a beta version so minor problems (such as erasing only 37% of your data)Īre to be expected and thus are not worth reporting.
TI 89 EMULATOR FOR MAC ANDROID
If you encounter serious problems with this emulator, such as it erases 100% of the data on your hard disk, please report to me by e-mail / IRC (EFNet: #ti, #cemetech, #tcpa) or on message boards (Cemetech, TI-Planet). Re: Nspiroid - TI-Nspire emulator on Android (ZenFone 5) According to my tests you should be able to boot to the desktop screen in about 32secs using the N128M 3.1 image (with an average speed ARM cpu).

The PedroM source along with conversion scripts is available here. To run them just type a game name (monster, mercury, platinum, phoenix, smiley) and press enter.īy default, the emulated calculator uses the open-source PedroM instead of the official TI system software. This emulator is pre-loaded with a few of my games. All other keys either have the obvious mapping or not mapped to any computer key. Plain - key use the semicolon ( ) key for the (-) key. Use the numeric keypad for the + - * / symbols but the regular number keys to enter numbers.

Use the backslash (\) key to activate the LOCK (hand) key on the emulated calculator, useīackquote (`) for 2nd, use F10 for SHIFT, and use F9 for F1. After that, the TI behaves like previously. You can use a PedRom (a replacement ROM under GPL license), your own dumped ROM, or even extract one from your TI via TiLP.

At launch, TiEmu will let you configure the ROM you want to use. In addition to clicking on the emulator itself, most keys are also mapped to computer keyboards. However, unlike the previous emulator, TiEmu only works for the models TI 89, 89 Titanium, 92, 92+, and V200PLT.
